Warehouse 51 Return & Exchange Policy

At Warehouse 51, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. We currently offer exchanges only and do not issue refunds.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Exchanged within 30 days of purchase

  • Accompanied by the original receipt

  • Unused and in sellable condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned with all parts, manuals, hardware, and accessories included

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Special order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened, used, altered, or installed products

  • Custom-sized or cut materials

  • Assembled or modified items

  • Gift cards

  • Items without a receipt

  • Products missing parts, packaging, manuals, or accessories

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact or visit Warehouse 51 as soon as possible. Our team will review the item and help determine whether it qualifies for an exchange or manufacturer warranty support.

Exchanges Only

Warehouse 51 does not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or store credit unless required by law. Approved returns will be handled as exchanges for the same item or another eligible item of equal or greater value. Additional payment may be required if the replacement item costs more.
