Warehouse 51 currently offers online ordering for store pickup only. We do not offer shipping or home delivery at this time.

Store Pickup Only

Products purchased through the Warehouse 51 website must be picked up in person at our showroom/store location. After your order is placed, our team will review and prepare your items for pickup.

Pickup Requirements

When picking up your order, please bring:

Your order confirmation
A valid photo ID
Any additional pickup instructions provided by our team

Warehouse 51 may require proof of purchase before releasing an order.

Product Availability

Some items may be available for immediate pickup, while others may require additional processing time, supplier confirmation, or special ordering. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been reviewed and confirmed by Warehouse 51.

If an item is unavailable, backordered, discontinued, or delayed, our team will contact you with available options.

Large or Heavy Items

Some products, including bathroom vanities, freestanding tubs, shower fixtures, tile, lighting, and hardware, may be large, fragile, or heavy. Customers are responsible for bringing the appropriate vehicle, assistance, blankets, straps, or packing materials needed to safely transport their purchase.

Warehouse 51 is not responsible for damage that occurs after an item has been picked up, including damage during loading, transport, unloading, storage, or installation.

Inspecting Your Order

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products at the time of pickup. Please review your order before leaving to confirm that the item, finish, quantity, and condition are correct.

Once products leave Warehouse 51, the customer assumes responsibility for safe handling, transportation, and storage.

No Shipping or Delivery

Warehouse 51 does not currently ship products to customers and does not offer delivery services. All eligible online purchases are for local store pickup only.
