Online Orders & Store Pickup
Warehouse 51 does not currently offer shipping. Products available for online purchase are for store pickup only.
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received notice that your order is ready.
Customers may be required to provide an order confirmation, valid photo ID, or other proof of purchase at pickup.
Warehouse 51 is not responsible for delays caused by supplier issues, manufacturer backorders, transportation delays, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Pickup Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of pickup. Please review your order carefully before leaving the store to confirm that the item, finish, quantity, and condition are correct.
Once products leave Warehouse 51, the customer assumes responsibility for safe transport, storage, handling, and installation.

Appointments & Showroom Visits

Customers, designers, builders, contractors, plumbers, electricians, and installers are responsible for verifying all specifications and installation requirements before purchasing or installing products.
Special Orders
Special-order items, custom items, non-stock items, and products ordered specifically for a customer may require payment in full or a deposit before the order is placed.
Special orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once ordered from the supplier or manufacturer.
